Welcome to CranioSystems. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CranioSystems website, services, subscriptions, cohorts, classes, calls, recordings, communications, and related educational materials.

By accessing this website, purchasing from CranioSystems, enrolling in a cohort, subscribing to a membership, booking a call, attending a class, accessing recordings, or using CranioSystems materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase CranioSystems services.

1. CranioSystems Brand and Entity Structure

CranioSystems is an educational brand focused on neuroskeletal education, craniofacial concepts, cranial orthopedic frameworks, structural reasoning, airway-related education, and professional discussion.

3. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Any products, supplies, tools, devices, or physical goods may be sold separately through another website and may be subject to separate terms.

By purchasing a CranioSystems service, subscription, cohort, class, or call, you authorize CranioSystems or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

CranioSystems may use third-party platforms for checkout, payment processing, subscriptions, scheduling, video hosting, membership access, email communications, and course delivery.

Prices, services, access terms, and available offerings may change at any time.

9. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

CranioSystems does not provide refunds for cohorts, classes, calls, subscriptions, recordings, memberships, missed sessions, unused access, partial participation, scheduling conflicts, changed circumstances, dissatisfaction, or failure to use purchased services.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that your purchase is final and non-refundable.

This policy applies unless a refund is required by applicable law.

10. Subscriptions

CranioSystems may offer monthly and annual subscription options.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the cancellation process provided at checkout, inside your account, or through CranioSystems support.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected billing interval.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not create a refund for the current billing period.

CranioSystems does not provide prorated, partial-month, partial-year, or unused-access refunds.

If payment fails, CranioSystems may suspend or terminate access until payment is resolved.

11. Calls and Scheduled Sessions

CranioSystems may offer preset-time educational calls or scheduled sessions.

Calls are for educational discussion only and are not medical, dental, orthodontic, therapeutic, diagnostic, or treatment services.

Call length, scheduling availability, rescheduling rules, and access details may be stated at the time of booking.

Missed calls, late arrivals, unused time, or failure to attend do not create a right to a refund.

CranioSystems may refuse, end, or cancel a call if the conduct, request, or subject matter is inappropriate, outside scope, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

12. Cohorts and Classes

CranioSystems cohorts and classes may be delivered live, recorded, hybrid, online, or through another format described at the time of enrollment.

Schedules, instructors, topics, materials, access windows, platform details, and delivery format may vary.

CranioSystems may make recordings available for a specified period of time. Recording access is not permanent unless expressly stated in writing.

Failure to attend live sessions does not create a refund, credit, transfer, or extension unless CranioSystems expressly agrees in writing.

CranioSystems may update, revise, replace, remove, or limit access to materials, recordings, sessions, or platform content at its discretion.

13. Recordings

CranioSystems may record cohorts, classes, calls, webinars, discussions, or training sessions.

By participating, you understand that your name, voice, image, likeness, questions, comments, chat messages, or participation may appear in recordings unless otherwise stated.

Recordings may be made available to enrolled participants for a specified period of time.

You may not record, download, copy, screenshot, distribute, publish, repost, share, sell, or otherwise use CranioSystems recordings without written permission.

14. Confidentiality and Participant Privacy

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants.

You may not disclose, publish, copy, distribute, or share private information, personal details, health-related information, professional details, business information, case discussions, participant comments, or private group content shared in CranioSystems cohorts, calls, classes, communities, chats, or sessions.

CranioSystems may remove any participant who violates confidentiality or participant privacy. Removal does not create a refund.
